HOW KWIKMAILER WORKS

KWIKMAILER is entirely secure. Only you have access to your database and systems. Plus, you can manage KWIKMAILER from any computer on the Internet.

Three easy steps to improved communication and marketing …

Work with our design professionals to develop your newsletter, email and coupon templates using your logo and company image. (click for samples of email newsletter and coupons).
Start collecting email addresses of customers, potential customers, key contacts, business representatives and more. You input these into your own private database online, or have us do that. Each address can be assigned one or more contact “categories” customized to your needs.
Through an easy online interface, you customize the content for your newsletters, bulk email messages and/or coupons. Select the category group(s) within your database to receive the mailing, then push one button – and you’re done!

Your customized messages arrive right away and elicit immediate response from the recipients! They can even simply reply to these emails to send a message direct to you!

KWIKMAILER “No-Hassle” Turnkey Services:

Bi-Weekly Coupon Service:

·      Setup: $150

·      Monthly $150

·      Customer provides coupon detail, CCI creates coupons and processes e-mail.

·      Customer provides e-mail addresses and CCI enters.  CCI receives returned e-mails and purges from database.  CCI receives requests for removal from the list and purges from database

   Quarterly Newsletter Service:

·      Setup $150 -- 1 page newsletter

·      Quarterly $500

·      Customer and CCI agree on general content. Customer provides specific product or service content. CCI researches and provides general and filler content.

·      CCI sets up newsletter and submits for customer approval

·      CCI processes e-mailing newsletter

·      Customer provides e-mail addresses and CCI enters.  CCI receives returned e-mails and purges from database.  CCI receives requests for removal from the list and purges from database
